Yes I would like to visit or live there Sweden!!! I have a question, do you prefer denmark or sweden?

    • Nicole Is The New Black says:

oh thats really hard. i think i cant choose based on my various experiences in denmark and i have only been to sweden twice. i dont think i could ever live in either just because of the price. berlin is cheap and cheerful so it has my heart for now.

Wowsers!! These photos are great!! I’ve always wanted to visit Stockholm! Your daughter is adorbs!!! Thanks for posting these pics. Love your blog! You have answered so many questions for me on so many different occasions. I’m still a little frightened to visit some of the places you have blogged about, but I have enjoyed reading about your adventures. You are sooo blessed! Next year I will be putting on my traveling shoes!

  3. Adam says:

That cheese plate looks amazing – is that a typical brunch in Sweden?? I’m getting really excited for my own trip to Stockholm in a few weeks!!

    • Hi

Thanks Ann-Charlotte. We went on a 3 hour brunch cruise with S/S Stockholm. It was a great experience to see the city from the water and eat lots of traditional Swedish food.

Ooooooo…. I’m sold! After seeing the pics, I’m ready to go. I’ve always wanted to visit Sweden, but just haven’t made it that far north yet!

  5. Visited Stockholm with my best friend about 7 years ago. It’s a gem of a city. I loved their Skansen Open-Air Museum.

Only drawback is that Scandinavia is expensive.

    • Nicole Is The New Black says:

Yeah it can be pricey. Everything from dining and bottled water can be expensive. You really have to research and budget before hand or you will be shocked

  6. Alexis says:

Beautiful pictures Nicole! I’m glad you were able to make your trip!!

  7. Larissa says:

The photos are beautiful. The food looks delicious. What are some you must try this when you visit?

    • Nicole Is The New Black says:

I’ll have a post up soon about places to go and what to eat, etc. There is a lot of fish to eat in Stockholm LOL. Im not really a big fan of herring or smoked fish but there is loads to choose from

  8. Great post, I loves Stockholm as well, such a nice city. Your daughter is growing so fast, lovely!

  9. Larissa says:

Cannot wait to read all about the food finds. I like fish as long as it is covered in corn meal and Lawrys, submerged in hot grease for 20 minutes served on a slice of light bread….lol..;-) Depending on how the herring and smoked fish are served, I might be game.

  10. Marju says:

    Love Stockholm!

Next time come visit here in Turku from Stockholm by a nice ferry ride! :)

  11. alicia-joy says:

Oh, how cute is Arianna! She’s adorable. And Sweden looks nice too. The food even looks yummy. I am yet to make it there but hopefully in the Spring or Summer next year. I don’t think I could handle the winter.

Can’t wait to see your update with recommendations. Thank you.

  12. Fly Girl says:

Headed to Stockholm in 5 days and this post gets me excited! I would love any suggestions you have, especially since I’m going in the middle of winter! And your baby is the cutest thing.
